Can I return my signage order if I change my mind?

Do I get a refund if my goods are not delivered?
If the third party delivery service cannot deliver your package(s) due to their own negligence or the items are lost and damaged, Sign A Rama, will reproduce your order and deliver at a later date.
If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend you organise for your order to be collected at:

Sign A Rama cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to the third party courier’s negligence.
Can I cancel my order?

Although we do offer a six hour cooling period, in the initial six hours you can cancel your order by contacting us at www.signarama.ie/contact
Do I get a refund if my items are faulty?

If you have examined your order as directed by Clontarf Signs trading as Sign A Rama and In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect package(s), please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery note, take photo evidence and contact www.signarama.ie owned by Clontarf Signs trading as Sign A Rama at (01) 8623852 immediately.
A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.
